Is there anything that I need to do right now?
If you are an Admin in Online Banking today, please ensure your team contact information is updated in the system by September 15. Visit this page to learn how to review and update information. No other action is necessary at this time.
Will there be a period of time when Online Banking will no longer be available?
Yes, you will not be able to access Online Banking beginning at 6 PM on Friday, October 3 until the morning of Monday, October 6.
Will the Mobile App be available conversion weekend?
No, the current Mobile App will be unavailable beginning at 6 PM CST on Friday, October 3. The new Mobile App will become available on Monday, October 6.
When will I be able to access Digital Banking for Business on October 6th?
Keep an eye on your email, we will communicate when the new experience is ready to use.
Will my username remain the same?
Yes, your username will remain the same as long as it is 5 or more characters long.
Please note: if your existing username is less than 5 characters, you will need to create a new one.
Will my password remain the same?
No, when you login for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password.
When will I receive instructions on how to log into the new experience?
We will communicate first time login information via email beginning in mid September.
Will my existing token work in the new experience?
No, you will need to setup a new soft token for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). More details will be provided in mid September.
When will my new token be available?
Existing token users will receive information about new tokens in mid September.
My Quickbooks Webconnect, Quicken or Direct Connect is connected to online banking. Will my connections work in the new experience?
MidWestOne will update Intuit connections (Quicken, QuickBooks Web Connect, and Direct Connect) for our clients as part of the conversion process.
Other integrations may require you to update your connection when you log into the new experience on or after October 6.
How do I update my connection to other external software providers like FreshBooks, Xero, and others?
To update your connection, please update your existing aggregator URL login to: https://banking.apiture.com/DigitalBanking/login?iid=MWOICIA
