Our Focus
As a community bank, MidWestOne has a vision to drive relationships and generate meaningful impact. We passionately pursue success for our neighbors, and support organizations that create opportunities in the communities we serve through three focus areas: community development & services, arts & culture, and youth & education.
Community Development & Services
- Support local economic development to build the community & support its people.
- Funding priorities: Community facilities, economic development, and food & housing insecurity.
Arts & Culture
- Support local artists and cultural initiatives that create vibrant communities.
- Funding priorities: Museums, cultural programs, historical preservation, festivals, and performing arts.
Youth & Education
- Support financial literacy and the pursuit of higher education.
- Funding priorities: Youth programming, early education, mentoring, and college readiness.

We predominately support capital and building campaigns that benefit the greater good over time.
