MidWestOne Bank Transition in Oskaloosa Involves Nearly $1 Million Investment in Community

The community bank will move from its Oskaloosa Main branch to the 222 1^st Avenue East branch after completing updates to better serve the Oskaloosa community and customers

IOWA CITY, Iowa, September 19, 2025 —  MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOFG) (the “Company”), parent company of MidWestOne Bank (the “Bank”), announced today an exciting investment in Oskaloosa to better serve customers in the community.

As part of MidWestOne Bank’s strategic realignment for long-term growth and a commitment to meeting customers’ needs, banking services will be transitioned from the Oskaloosa Main branch to MidWestOne Bank’s branch at 222 1st Avenue East. Customers will not experience any disruption to account access or services, will continue to receive personalized assistance during the transition and will have access to full-service banking.

As part of the transition, MidWestOne Bank will be investing nearly $1 million into its location at 222 1st Avenue East. The investment ensures customers have the same access to banking services and will provide a comfortable working space for all employees moving from the main branch.
