MidwestOne Bank Hires Kevin Erickson, CO Region President

Iowa City, IA, August 13, 2025 — MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOFG) (the “Company”), parent company of MidWestOne Bank (the “Bank”), has announced the hiring of Kevin Erickson as Colorado Region President. Erickson brings 25 years of industry experience in finance, accounting and business management to the MidWestOne Bank team.

Erickson spent the last 12 years at Independent Financial in Denver as Market President. Before that, he worked at Summit Bank & Trust and Bank of the West. Erickson also brings industry experience as a Board Trustee and Past Chairman at the Graduate School of Banking Colorado and is a Board Member and outgoing Chairman at the Colorado Bankers Association. Erickson will be responsible for overseeing the growth strategies of MidWestOne in Denver and expansion efforts to greater serve the community.
